Fixed Rate of Return

If you're looking to make your capital grow, then you may be interested in our investing in some of the projects we have on going in which we will offer a fixed rate of return over a period of up to 3 years. We invest in a range of projects such as HMOs, Restoration of devastated houses, BRR, Rent to Rent. Working with us in this way gives you a better rate of return than the 1% you might get from a bank but we also take you along on the journey so you will gain valuable property experience at the same time.
